PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS

In order to register for football or cheerleading you must meet the age requirements of the CTYFL. Football registration fee is $125.00. If there are families that have more than one football player, a $10.00 discount will be given per additional player. Example: there are 2 football players in the league, the fees will be, $125.00 for the first, $115.00 for the second. If there are 3 players, the third player fee will be $105.00. LATE REGISTRATION PRICES

After June 7 Football $150.00

Registration will close after July 31.

Please Note: Additional fees for late registration are added in order to expedite delivery of equipment before the start of the season.


ONLINE REGISTRATION

Click here to complete the Rocky Hill Participant Form online. You will need to provide a check or credit card in order to complete the online form.

Please Note: Physician Consent Forms do not need to be completed in order to register. Physician Consent Forms must be dated on or after January 1 of the participating year and returned no later than July 1. Please be sure that your Policy Number is included on the Consent Form.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION

Returning players must submit the following forms:

  • 2008 CTYFL Registration and Physician Consent Forms
  • Rocky Hill Participant Form

New players must complete the following forms:

  • 2008 CTYFL Registration and Physician Consent Forms
  • Rocky Hill Participant Form
  • A copy of birth certificate.

WALK-IN REGISTRATION

All walk-in registrations will be collected by the Rocky Hill Parks & Recreation Department.


REFUND POLICY

As a non-profit town organization we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to participate in both football and cheerleading. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below. There will be no exceptions to the following rules.


Before August 1 - a 50% refund will be granted for the registration fee.

On or after August 1 - no refund will be granted.


FOR COACHES

All persons new persons interested in coaching football or cheerleading must fill out the CTYFL and Rocky Hill coaches application. Both applications will require a signature release for a background check. Click here to download the necessary forms.
